Sebastian Mueller – Soppart: his artistic practice is based on upcycling existing, forgotten artworks. Through carefully considered interventions, he gives them new meaning while connecting social themes with questions of nature and environmental preservation.
Born in Frankfurt and raised in Düsseldorf, he studied in Paris before building an international career in advertising. For eight years, he served as Leo Burnett's Regional Creative Director for South and Central America.
Following burnout, he left the corporate world to dedicate himself entirely to art. Today, he lives and works in Paraty, Brazil, surrounded by the rainforest — a place that continues to shape his art and his connection to nature.
